Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective product).

Late or Missing Refunds
